How can I stop my toddler's coughing?

Mild DNS, Soreness?
See an ENT physician. In the meantime use a saline gel like nadogel in each nostril. Also try Ayr gel spray and put humidifier by your bed at might. Good luck!
Excessive ringing in the ear after surgery?
A tinnitus masker May help. Intratympanic steroid injections sometimes help. See an ENT or Otologist. Good luck
Same problems after surgery on gland?
I would see your surgeon again, but I am concerned you may be suffering with trigeminal neuralgia. If so, you need to be seen by neurology. Good luck!
Nosebleeds?
Could just be a dryness issue. Use ayr gel spray and if they persist, see an ENT. Nosebleeds can be signs of more serious medical issues.
