The “naturalness” of your breast has to do with the base width of the implant matching the width of your breast. Even going with a high profile implant if you have a narrow chest should not implant how tear-dropped the breast will look when they are augmented. Again it is most important to discuss your goals with your plastic surgeon and come up with an appropriate type of implant.
