This would most likely either be due to an infection in the urinary system (perhaps least likely in a male aged 35) or an infection in the prostate, or a sexually transmitted disease affecting the urethra like gonorrhea or chlamydia. You would need to be seen for an exam including of the genitals and possibly the prostate, an analysis of the urine, and testing for STDs.
