Dr. Philip S. Kim graduated from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois, earning his medical degree. He then completed his residency in anesthesiology and subsequent fellowship in pain management at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. In order to remain up-to-date in his field, Dr. Kim maintains a professional membership with the International Spine Injection Society, the International Association for the Study of Pain, the North American Neuromodulation Society, and the American Academy of Pain Medicine. Due to his outstanding work in pain management, Dr. Philip Kim has been granted a number of awards and recognitions, including Castle Connolly Top Doctors (2017, 2020), Top Doctors in Greater Philadelphia (2019), and Philadelphia Magazine’s Top Doctors (2021).
