At some level we all have anxiety, but when it becomes constant or debilitating it's important to get some help for coping, balanced thinking, and working out tension. It may take a few sessions to get results because of triggers that are involved with Panic. The original Panic as well as ongoing fear of having additional panic attacks can have several "layers",but the severe body response needs to be addressed in a somatic focused therapy (ART, some EMDR protocols)
