Stress creates you however, it may also be a part of what may hinder you from experiencing a quality life. Stress (whether this is mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, or chemical) breaks down matter, human tissue, and life. It is a natural part of life's cycles – create, break down, recycle, and replenish. Then the question is, how can you increase your adaptability to life’s stressors to potentially live a quality life?

The first way to adapt to life’s stressors is to IDENTIFY what the stressor is, and how it is hindering your life in this moment or for your future.

The second way to adapt to life’s stresses is to ASK AND UNDERSTAND. What helps and what's not working? You can ask this for every aspect of your life: career, family, friends, home environment, work environment, products, services in use, etc. In my lifestyle coaching session, these are topics explored. It may be best to follow what’s working right now, knowing this may change. Then take steps to make changes where it’s not working.

The third way to adapt to life’s stressors is to ENGAGE with a mentor and/or ask for assistance. I’ve needed to go through my own experience of this. What I learned was I’m not meant to do everything in this life alone. The foundation of the human species is for us to survive by creating communities and relationships to allow us all to grow.

Bring more quality into your life by creating a relationship with stress. Identify, understand, and engage with stress to move towards a lifestyle you need, want, and desire.
