Hello,
It depends on how sensitive you are to eggs. Since you are just intolerant to the egg, eating smaller amount may not cause much discomfort. It would be a good idea to monitor how you feel after you eat foods (baked goods) with eggs added to them. If symptoms occur, then avoid it. I hope that helps.

Hi,
Any diet can be healthy, as long as you have balanced meals and sometimes adding supplements. If you do keto, protein (meat, fish and poultry), some healthy fats and lots of non-starchy veggies(leafy greens, orange, red and other green color veggies) that should be sustainable. The only foods you will have less or none of is carbohydrates starches. Choose wholesome foods instead of ultra processed foods. I hope that helps.

Hello,
It's always a great idea to work with a dietitian nutritionist to get personalized diet plans. However, a good diet for pregnancy includes Leafty greens (kale, collards, spinach etc.) carrots, cabbages, beets and so on. A variety of vegetables, organic preferably should be the goal since you want to minimize pesticide loads. Grassfed beef, organic chicken, wild salmon, nuts/seeds, whole grains. Some fresh fruits in season, filtered clean water. Again, a variety of wholesome foods should be your focus. Minimize eating ultra processed foods and cut back on sugary juices and sodas, snacks and desserts.
