You may benefit from a circumcision - there are variations as to how this may be performed (dorsal slit vs. formal or sleeve circumcision. Have a doctor evaluate and consider referral to a urologist if treatment is recommended. This is unlikely to improve on its own, and in cases of marked phimosis, the glans may become "trapped" beyond the opening which may be painful and possibly damaging.
