Many can be infected without any symptoms so still quarantine yourself for at least 5-7 days and do at least 2 rapid home tests w NEG results 2-3 days apart before resuming social activities. People without symptoms can spread the virus. Avoid contact with the elderly and people with weak immune systems eg cancer pts on chemotherapy etc.
