Go to bed a little later
Sleeping later can cause tiredness, which makes the user to fall asleep more easily. This means that the person will be less likely to mind the presence of the CPAP machine because his or her mind will prioritize sleeping first. This solution might be undesirable to some, though.
Observe good sleeping habits
Improve the situation by having good sleeping habits. Food or drinks that alter sleep, such as caffeine and alcohol, should be avoided. Regular exercise also brings about better sleep. Doing relaxing activities before bedtime can also help one get a proper good night’s sleep.
