9. Don't be afraid to ask for help

  • If you need help, ask for it. People are not so callous that they can’t help you on your bad days. A family member may be willing to help you clean, run errands, or fix a meal. Split your chores up into small tasks that can be done by family members. If everyone helps just a little, you will not get worn out. 
  • Get neighborhood kids to help with yard work, ask for rides to and from appointments, or consider using online grocery shopping when you are too tired to go out.
