Aerobic exercise is one of the best ways to keep fibromyalgia at bay. Aerobic exercise uses large muscles over and over again. Walking is excellent, and swimming is perfect. Biking is a good option. Find an exercise you like to do and work at it for at least 30 minutes a day all week. You can start small and work your way up to the 30 minutes recommendation.
