Eye dryness can be caused by the side effects of the medication that patient is using to relieve their symptoms. Overall, the nervous system takes a serious beating from fibromyalgia, and the eyes suffer just as much as the rest of the body.  If the nerve endings are not communicating well with the brain, then you can definitely count on changes in eyesight, along with other issues associated with fibromyalgia.
