How to Deal with the Anger of Cancer

Don't beat yourself up

On the days where the anger does return, don't feel guilty or as if you have failed. Nobody is perfect and it is perfectly ok to have those days. Being hard on yourself will only make these symptoms worse, so take a day to relax if you feel like you are having trouble handling your anger. Work through the issues with the aforementioned steps, and continue moving forward.
