Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi Discusses Lymphoma Remission
His support system helped him while he was going through treatment
While writing out the songs for the new album, the members of the band would come over to Iommi’s home in England and work at his studio. And in the days after he had undergone treatment and he could not work, the others understood. They were there to talk with him, encourage him to rest, and empower him to finish their new album. Even when Iommi would start to fall into a negative state of mind, the band members and his wife would pick him right back up.
