The University of New Hampshire has gluten-free zones located inside their dining halls throughout campus. There are 3 dining halls featuring multiple self-serve food stations and these operate on a continuous service schedule. These zones come with kitchen appliances for gluten-free food preparation use only. These include restricted toasters, microwaves, and refrigerators. Prepackaged gluten-free condiments, granola bars, waffles, desserts, cereal, and bread are available in the GF zones.
The university also offers a Swipe Meal plan for students either living in the residence halls or those who live off-campus. This unlimited access meal plan can be used for an entire semester, and there are three types to choose from.
