The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) has accredited Loyola Marymount University as a GREAT school for gluten-free students. Sodexo (a French food management service) manages eateries, on-campus dining, and restaurants. They now offer various options of gluten-free dishes for every meal.
