The research project, entitled “Three-Dimensional Microbiome and Metabolome Cartography of a Diseased Human Lung,” (Neha Garg, Mingxun Wang, Embriette Hyde, et.al.), was published in the journal Cell Host and Microbe.
The study was completed at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
