Cooked red meat is a popular form of protein, but it has also been linked to certain cancers if consumed too much. Try to limit yourself to 70g of red meat per day. You should also try to include 1 to 2 servings of oily fish per week into your diet. This includes fish like salmon and tuna, which tend to provide plenty of proteins and fatty acids (which help your heart health).
