Cut out alcohol and caffeine from your diet
Alcohol and caffeine are two of the biggest culprits in aggravating mental health. In some cases, they can also lead to increased instances of panic attacks as well. It might be easier said than done to completely cut alcohol and especially coffee out of your life. Try and replace one of those drinks a week with a glass of water. Continue doing that every other week or as much as you can. You'd be amazed how much cutting those drinks out can improve your fears and anxious thoughts.
