Regular physical activity actually makes you feel more awake, even though you're working hard. It's a good idea to try a low-intensity workout regimen that you can be very diligent on and do every day, like taking walks at 15-minute intervals. People with MS who exercise regularly are seen to have heightened endurance, well-being, and balance. However, this is not the experience for everyone, so make sure to discuss your workout regimen with your doctor and keep him or her updated as you progress.
