What Lymphoma Patients Want Others to Know
Be patient
It may take a long time for a loved one to be comfortable talking with you about their condition. Let your loved one decide when they are ready for you to talk with or visit them. Some patients need some time to themselves to really process their diagnosis and feelings about it. It is important to give them some space until they are ready. It can be hard as you are probably worried about them and want to talk with them, but just remember that it is best to give them space.
