Any parent of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) spends large amounts of time and energy on their child’s behalf. You can opt for a professional one or just ask a family member or close friend to provide a quick rub to your muscles. It also helps to relieve migraines and any other kind of pain associated with stress.
