2 different results on celiac blood test

I had a blood test about 5 years ago to check for celiac disease. My results came back high which the doctor said I likely had celiacs but would need a biopsy to be sure. I couldn’t afford a biopsy at the time so I quit eating gluten for a period of time.
Eventually I started eating it again since I never had an official celiac diagnosis
About 2 years ago I went to a different doctor and explained this and they did another blood test. This time it came back with normal ttg levels to indicate I did not have celiacs.
I have been having some stomach problems and recently found out my brother has the gene for celiacs (though he doesn’t actually have the disease)
I am wondering if I should get one more blood test to see?

On the second TTG test, were you gluten free when they did that test? if so, then it could be a false negative. You must be consuming gluten in order to diagnose celiac.
So if you want to make the diagnosis once and for all, then you need to do a gluten challenge for at least 2 weeks, get the TTG test, then do the EGD if the TTG is high.
