I have…Two nodular opacities noted in the right middle lobe and along the
right minor fissure measuring up to 6 mm. Please speak to this and what would be my next step?

those nodules sound like they are small. sometimes doctors follow the nodules to see if they are stable or if they grow. that depends upon risk factors such as prior smoking history. seeing a pulmonary physician will help you to come up with a plan.
