“A possible vaccine exemption?”
I have a bicuspid heart valve and heart disease runs in the family. I would like a doctor's note saying this is why I choose not to get the covid-19 vaccination. Is that possible?

That is not a reason to not get the vaccination. That is a reason to get vaccinated.
