“ATTENTION - Poop Pictures - Is this melena?”

I suffer from the following symptoms:
-very low energy
-unintentional weight loss
-dizziness
-headaches
-numb hands and feet
And now since a few days my poop is looking like that, I attached the pictures. Can you please tell me if this is serious and melena and if I should go to the hospital?

That stool looks green so it is not melena.
