Gastroenterologist Questions

Abdominal pain

I just moved from Maine to NH and am between jobs so I’m without health insurance. I’ve been suffering from severe abdominal pain. Not just in the stomach but also it seems like intestines as well. Diarrhea 8x10 times a day. If I eat anything I almost vomit. When I poke around I can feel these weird lumps that seem to move when I touch them and they are very sensitive to the touch, so much so they cause agonizing pain. This has been so debilitating I can hardly sit or sleep and even stand up straight a lot of the time. It’s just getting so bad I can’t even start a new job. This has been going on for about 3-4 months but seems to be getting gradually worse. Thank you to anyone that may have an opinion on this. I can also feel a burning lump in my right side stomach about 4” round.

You need to be seen by a doctor, ideally a gastroenterologist. You probably need a CT scan and colonoscopy. It might be Crohns disease.
