Adrenaline Production

I seem to have the ability to give myself an adrenaline rush whenever I want, in seconds. I’ve never heard of anyone else doing this and can’t find anything related online when searching for others who can do it. Also, it wouldn’t make much sense to purchase it as a medication to use, in certain situations, if it is so easy to trigger production of it on your own. Is it normal to be able to produce adrenaline in your body at will?
