I underwent gall bladder surgery about one month ago. When can I resume my normal diet? Also, are there any foods I should avoid now?

There is no special diet after gallbladder surgery and if it is a non complicated cholecystectomy, the patient can start anytime after surgery.
You can resume your normal diet now, but remember there is no substitute for a good diet. A low-fat diet is always helpful with gallbladder disease.
Avoid large meals and avoid diets high in fat content.
