After the 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine, I now have a breathing problem at night and a cough, and wheezing in my chest. Why?

Can cause a bit of inflammation.
Thanks for the question. The vaccine itself is not the cause of your symptoms. COVID is one of many different infections that can cause your symptoms. Asthma and allergies, smoking and other irritants, some medications, and other causes also are possible. You should see your doctor to determine the source and best treatments.
