Airtravel with Mild Bibasilar Atelectasis

I recently had a CT scan that resulted in the following finding: There is mild linear bibasilar atelectasis versus scarring. I have a trip scheduled soon and am not able to get into a pulmonologist before hand. Should I be concerned with flying at this time?

No, I would not be concerned. The concern is why you needed CT scan and what symptoms you have
