“Almost everything I eat taste and smells the same?”
Almost everything I eat tastes and smells the same not everything but mostly it's only been this way for 3 weeks. I did suffer a broken bone and torn ligaments in my ankle but I don't see how that effect that. I know it's not covid either because I'm tested when I go see my doctor.

No symptoms of upper respiratory infection, head injury, or exposure to toxic inhalants? Any nasal discharge or bleeding? History of nasal allergies and/or polyps? Nasal breathing obstruction? Advise avoid alcohol, smoke, noxious fumes. Can do saline rinses of nose. Zinc tablets sometimes beneficial . If no improvement in next three weeks, see ENT for endoscopy and Possible CT scan.
