Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor (ENT) Questions Congestion

Always one half clogged nostril

I always had one half clogged nostril, but I am sure it's too much mucus. When I run or train, both nostrils gets fully cleared, but after that, it goes back to before. It worsens when I lay down. I haven't got any aches or pain, but what do I have? What is the "disease" called?

You may not have a "disease". You may be experiencing what's called turbinate cycling, or inferior turbinate hypertrophy. The turbinates are the humidifiers of the nose, and they will swell and fluctuate in size based on your body position and temperature in the air. Your left side of your nose may simply have less room, and therefore it bothers you more. Have an ENT take a look.
