“Am I high risk? ”
I have low HDL and high LDL and I can't feel my heart beating anymore. I put my heart to my chest really hard and It's not beating.

Your heart is beating regardless of whether you can feel it. Assuming
that your interpretation of your LDL and HDL is correct (the numbers
matter) the lipid problem that you cite places you at higher risk over a
lifetime of atherosclerotic disease, including in your coronary arteries.

Try taking a radial pulse to determine a more accurate rate.
If you are alive, your heart is beating. You cannot feel your heart beat through the chest wall cavity.
