“Am I pregnant? Do I have an STD?”

My question would be what do you think is the cause of this, the past 4 weeks I have had: stomach sensation (light cramping or just twinges and pulls), rib pain, and nausea without throwing up. I usually get my period the first week of the month or the last week of the month. Sometimes rolling into for example starting on the 30th and ending on the 3rd. I got my period on September 4th or 5th. I lost my virginity on September 14. I start bleeding or spotting the 23 (no condom was used and I’m not on birth control but he pulled out). Mind you this was extremely light and painless Which stood out to me. Usually, when I’m on my period I’m having to have to take 2 ibuprofen at a time at least 3 or 4 times a day But this time it wasn’t painful it was very tolerable. I didn’t take any ibuprofen which is not normal to me at all. So, now I’m having to sit and think was that implantation bleeding or my period. And does having two periods in September mean that I’m not going to go get one in October. So, does that means I have to wait until November?
