“Am I pregnant?”

I went to my OB-GYN back in March I was missing my period for three months they told me I was missing my period because of the depo shot. In May, June, and July I had regular periods mind you I have a partner we had intercourse at the end of July when I was ovulating and this month I missed my period which is weird cause it was fine for three month I took a pregnancy test. I can't really tell if there's another line on it am I pregnant when should I retest cause my app that I have saying I'm 1 week I was supposed to get my period on the 12th and it was supposed to end Wednesday there's still no sign of it either.
