I only take psyche meds. I was taking a shower and discovered a large knot in my anus.

I need more information. Is the knot a lump that hurts? Maybe it is a hemorrhoid. Get an examination by a doctor.
This needs to be checked and biopsied by a general or anorectal surgeon

Likely thrombosis of external hemorrhoids but that can be diagnosed only after an examination. See your local physician
