Antibiotic & in between COVID vaccine injections?

If I've already received the 1st vaccine injection and airing for a 2nd injection, is it ok to be on a Z-Pak antibiotic for a severe sinus infection? And if it is ok, will it be bad to stop the Z-Pak after only 4 days, because the patient feels much better? This is being asked for my 60 year old sister.

Yes, it is okay to take the antibiotic, but it is absolutely not okay to stop it early. You must finish all the medication, and a Zpack is only 5 days. It is 1 pill per day after the first day. There should be no trouble to take 1 more pill on one more day. They must finished the whole course to prevent getting sick again and to prevent super bugs from forming. It doesn't matter if they are feeling better, they must finish the whole course of the antibiotics!
