“Antibiotics, it says take 1 four times a day?”
Can I take them during the day while I'm awake, so I can get a good night's sleep?

It is better if you can take them every 6 hours. If you are sick, alarm goes off, take your dose...you will fall back asleep easy.

Assuming that you are sleeping the normal amount of time (7-8 hours per night), you can take the antibiotics during your waking hours.
That’s perfectly fine. If the directions say to take 1 four times a day, it would be good to take them every 6 hours while you are awake.
Yes. Just take them as close to every 6 hrs as you can. It doesn’t have to be exact.
