Gastroenterologist Questions

Any cause for concern

In August 2021 I was diagnosed with a kidney stone. The first CT scan was without contrast and showed atrophy of the pancreas with no duct dilation. Doctor said nothing- labs normal. Two weeks later I ended up in the hospital with a near fatal GI bleed. They did another CT scan with contrast this time and the report said the pancreas was normal. Since then I’ve had 2 additional scans and each of them has said the pancreas appears normal. Lipase has always been normal. I’m a 42y/o male. I don’t smoke or drink- never had pancreatitis. I’m 5’7 190 with a muscular build. Since 3 of the 4 scans showed the pancreas to be normal is their any cause for concern?

No contrast CT scan is not a good test for pancreas
Best test is MRi/MRCP. Liver tests and clinical symptoms should guide further management.
Lack of symptoms with nl MRI/MRCP and nl blood work is reassuring.
No cause for concern.
