“Appendix removal and loss of appetite in the Andes?”
I had my appendix removed around 2012. When I visited Peru, my country of birth, since then my appetite disappeared in the morning, only returning later in the afternoon. Is there a reason?

Not sure why you would have low appetite in the morning. This would not be of particular concern if there are no other GI symptoms and your weight is unchanged. The prior appendectomy is not relevant.
