After having braces I noticed cavities on my molar teeth. Are cavities common after braces?

We would hope that no patient would experience any harm to teeth during orthodontic treatment, but a high standard of oral hygiene must be maintained as well as diet restrictions on sugar, otherwise cavities are a possibility braces or not. Restore cavities as soon as possible.
