“Are contacts better than glasses?”
I wear glasses for my nearsightedness. I am thinking now of contacts. Are contacts better than glasses?

There are risks with wearing contacts but with appropriate education and training on how to care for and use contacts, they are a great option. Other option is LASIK or PRK to get rid of both
They both help with vision
