Are hemorrhoidal suppositories the cause of my abuse being loosened?

When I was incarcerated I was diagnosed with very bad hemorrhoids. During years of pain and suffering I was receiving hemorrhoidal suppositories for very long periods of time. I was once even given suppositories for almost a year straight two to three times daily. About a month after using these suppositories I noticed my rectum becoming loose and looser eventually letting air inside my rectum when I was relaxed. I then woke up one morning and my anus was making a very high pitched whistling noise due to voices, t.v.s, radio's and etc. I then tried getting answers from doctors while incarcerated but they would never answer my questions nor let me know why my anus was causing this loud embarrassing and disturbing noise. Are the suppositories the reason my rectum became so loosened that it starting letting air in it causing a high pitched whistling noise? Do you know the cause of this medical problem?

This problem doesn't sound familiar to me. First question I would have for you is what exactly are the symptoms related to the hemorrhoids? What was the purpose of the suppositories? I also don't know what medication was contained in the suppositories. In general suppositories would not weaken the anal muscles so I would search for another cause for that. You need a proper history and physical exam to arrive at a diagnosis.
Consult GI. You will need a colonoscopy.
