When talking about dental bridges, I prefer to describe them as being fixed. This means that they're cemented or bonded in place and you can't remove them. Ideally, they are permanent but their success depends on many factors including home care, brushing, flossing (not doing enough of these things can lead to dental decay around bridges), other habits like clenching and grinding (which can chip or break a dental bridge).
So, bridges can require repair or replacement in some circumstances meaning that they're not always permanent.
I'd like to think that good longevity on a bridge is 20-30 years, but it's always best to discuss this with your treating dentist as a dental bridge can be a significant financial investment.

They are fixed which means you don ‘T have to take them off and put them on like a partial . But they need to be cared for just like natural teeth .

To be clear, a bridge consists of 3 or more crowns that are connected and replace one or more missing teeth in one area of the mouth. So yes, a bridge is a permanent restoration that is cemented (glued) in permanently and is not removable. You don't have to remove it after each time you eat to clean it. As long as the bridge is kept clean by brushing and flossing, it should last for a long time. If you need further information and clarification, please make sure that you speak with your dental provider so that you will be fully aware of the treatment that you are receiving.
They are not usually removable… but they can fail from fracture or decay so in that sense they are not permanent.
Yes, they are cemented in permanently. You can still get a cavity on the tooth under the bridge, so you need to keep up with your oral hygiene, brushing, flossing, etc.
There are removable and cemented-in (fixed) bridges. I assume that you are asking about cemented in bridges. These bridges are cemented in place and treated like your own teeth. They are brushed and flossed like your own natural teeth. But if by permanent you mean forever, then the answer is NO. A well made, properly sealed and maintained fixed bridge will last from 10-25 years depending on how YOU care for it and what kind of things you eat. Sticky, hard foods will decrease the life expectancy of the bridge by pulling on the cement seal and/or damaging the porcelain structure of the bridge.
