For most people, there are not, but a small percentage of people does seem to suffer from lingering illness, usually ongoing fatigue, headaches, weakness, mental fogginess, etc. The vast majority of people, when they get better, are better completely. We do not yet understand why, although most people get better, some have lingering adverse effects, so we cannot predict who will have these longer-term problems. Best to avoid the virus as best as possible; masks, social distancing, no large gatherings, good hand washing, and sanitizing.
