Are zirconia implants more expensive than titanium?

I want to get a dental implant for a missing tooth. I think about the zirconia one. Are zirconia implants more expensive than titanium?

Zirconia should be, if you want your dentist to stand behind his craftsmanship, simply because a Zirconia implant, however well done, is more likely to require replacement than a titanium one. Zirconia implant design and purpose has improved over these past few years, that said, they still have a long way to go.
I do not believe so.
We do not place implants, but we restore the implants The implant which goes into the bone according to my knowledge should be titanium, but you can discuss with the oral surgeon or periodontist who usually place implants. The second and the third part is the custom abutment and the implant crown, which we do can be done with zirconia and zirconia is more expensive depending on the location of the implant.
Thanks.
