“Baby problems?”
I have an unusual question. My baby granddaughter is 10 months old and she continuously places her hands and fingers in her mouth with the intention of gagging herself. Is it possible that she could have unintentional anorexia?

No. Oral stimulation/gratification is normal and very typical of this age group. No need to worry or try to discourage this behavior.
