Bad cough and lump in throat?

I’ve been having a bad cough for a while now. I’ve tried otc medications and nothing is working. It constantly feels like an itch or as if something is stuck in my throat. I am also sneezing and having a runny and dry nose. I also get a headache in the front around my eyes and occasionally a dizzy spell. I noticed a small lump in my throat and I don’t know what it is or if it might be what’s causing my sore throat/bad cough. Any ideas?

I do not feel that the lump you see in your throat is at all related to what you have been experiencing. The lump in question appears to be what we would describe as a solitary papilloma. You can think of this as a wart.
I would recommend the removal of this by an ear nose and throat doctor. This can easily be accomplished in the office under local anesthesia.
